Returns and refunds

You may return your purchase within 15 days after delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For return instructions, email contact@baileybearbites.com and include your order number. Refunds are issued for returned purchases.

Packages damaged in transit

If your package is damaged during transit, you may file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Keep the damaged items and packaging, and photograph the damage for your claim. If you need order or shipment information to support your claim, contact us with your order number.
